四九. 雙風貫耳
(一). 由前式,徐徐吸氣,左腳仍獨立不動, 右蹬腿屈膝收囬成平提, 同時兩手由前收囬於右胯兩側, 握成陽拳, 面對東南, 目前視,如圖137。
Posture 49. Two Winds Pierce the Ears
(1) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Keeping the left foot in place using a single-leg stance, bend the knee of the right leg that was kicked out, ending with the [thigh] lifted at hip level. At the same time, grasp both hands into Yang fists and withdraw them in front [of the body] on either side of the right hip [kuà]. Face the southeast and look forward, as in Figure 137.

(二). 由前式右腳向前一步落地成右弓步, 同時兩拳隨着分由左右兩邊從外繞上向東[should be 東南]合擊成陰拳, 兩拳相距約一拳,頂頭塌腰, 氣沉丹田以貫注兩拳, 面對東南, 成双風貫耳, 目視雙拳,如圖138。
(2) [Continuing] from the previous movement, drop the right foot to the ground, taking one step forward [towards the southeast] to end in a right bow stance. At the same time, separate both fists to the left and right sides, coiling them up towards the southeast to strike simultaneously with two Yin fists that are separated by approximately one fist [width]. Sink the Qi to the dan-tian, and then focus [the Qi] into both fists. Face the southeast to end in Two Winds Pierce the Ears. Look at both fists, as in Figure 138.
