四五. 右貫拳
由前式鬆腰,徐徐吸氣,右腳不動, 身左轉面東, 左腳跟提順直成左虛步。同時右拳由上經右耳側, 隨身轉向前貫出, 仍爲翻拳, 虎口朝下, 左拳变陰置右脅外, 頂頭氣沉丹田以貫注兩拳, 面東, 如圖131。
Posture 45. Right Piercing Fist
[Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Keeping the right foot in place, turn the body towards the left to face the east, raising the left heel and allowing the foot to straighten to end in a left empty stance [xūbù]. At the same time, move the upper right fist past the side of the right ear, and then pierce forward as body turns while still using a reverse fist. Face the tiger's mouth [of the right fist] downward, and change the left fist to a Yin fist at the outside of the right torso. Push through the crown of the head. Sink the Qi to the dan-tian, and then focus [the Qi] into the two fists. Face the east, as in Figure 131.
