[Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Drop the right foot and take one step to the right rear direction. Sit solidly on the [right leg] and turn the toes of the left foot inward. At the same time, grasp the right hand into a fist and drop it downward. Then, as the body turns towards the right rear direction, lift the [right fist] to block up in front of the forehead with the fist reversed [i.e., facing outward].
