四三. 右分腳
(一). 由前式鬆腰,徐徐吸氣,兩腳不動, 後坐右腿, 屈膝微蹲, 身向右擰, 同時兩掌隨身擰轉, 由上向右後方[扌+履]引, 面對南方, 目視右掌, 如圖126。
Posture 43. Separate Right Foot
(1) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Keeping both feet in place, sit back on the right leg and bend the knee slightly to squat down, turning the body towards the right. At the same time that the body turns, draw both palms to the upper right rear direction using a roll back [lu]. Face towards the south and look at the right palm, as in Figure 126.

(二). 由前式鬆腰, 身左轉, 左腳尖外搖, 蹬右腿成左弓步, 同時兩掌隨身轉向下向前相交叉成十字, 面對東北, 目前視, 如圖127。
(2) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and twist the waist towards the left. Swing the left foot toes outward and then push through the right leg to end in a left bow stance. At the same time that the body turns, cross both palms down in front in an "X" shape. Face the northeast and look forward, as in Figure 127.

(三). 由前式右腿提起, 右腳成獨立步, 同時兩手向上掤起, 面東北, 目前視, 如圖128。
(3) [Continuing] from the previous movement, raise the right leg to end in a one-legged stance [dúlì bù ]. At the same time, use both hands to ward off [peng] upward. Face the northeast and look forward, as in Figure 128.

(四). 由前式鬆腰收胯, 右腳尖向前踢出, 左掌向左後方撐開與肩平, 右手隨右腳向前平指, 氣沉丹田以貫注四肢, 面向東, 目視右掌, 如圖129。
(4) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and draw in [i.e., crease] the hip joint [kuà]. Send the right foot forward and kick [i.e., like a soccer kick that uses the top of the foot]. [At the same time], use the left hand to brace to the left rear direction at shoulder level. As the right foot goes forward, point the fingers of the right hand to stab forward at [shoulder] level. Sink the Qi to the dan-tian, and then focus [the Qi] into the four limbs of the body. Face towards the east and look at the right palm, as in Figure 129.
[Note: Additional information that was not included in the first two separate foot descriptions: withdraw the hip join and point the forward hand at shoulder level. The previous two postures also said the align the front hand over the foot.]
