卅五. 右分腳
(一). 由前式鬆腰, 徐徐吸氣, 兩腳不動, 坐右腿, 身右擰, 同時兩掌隨身擰向上向右後方[扌+履], 面南, 目視右掌, 如圖105。
Posture 35. Separate Right Foot
(1) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Keeping both feet in place, sit on the right leg and twist the body towards the right. As the body turns, simultaneously rollback [lǚ] with both hands up towards the right rear. Face the south and look at the right palm, as in Figure 105.

(二). 由前式鬆腰左擰, 左腳前移外擺約30度, 体重移左腿, 曲膝踏實。同時兩掌下落, 隨身轉向左前方繞圈至左膝上, 兩手十字相交, 右肘向前, 左肘向左抬平, 面東, 目視右肘, 如圖106。
(2) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and twist the waist towards the left. Swing the left foot outward approximately 30 degrees and shift the body's weight firmly onto the left leg while bending the [left] knee. As the body turns towards the left, simultaneously drop both palms downward and coil them around in a circle until they are over the left knee. Cross both hands in an "X" shape, with the right elbow towards the front and the left elbow raised level [with the hand]. Face the east and look at the right elbow, as in Figure 106.

(三). 由前式站實左腿, 提起右腿成左獨立步。兩手同時上掤, 仍為十字交叉, 面對東北, 目前視, 如圖107。
(3) [Continuing] from the previous movement, stand solidly on the left leg and raise the right leg to end in a one-legged stance [dúlì bù ]. At the same time, use both hands to ward off [peng] upward while still keeping them crossed in an "X" shape. Face the northeast and look forward, as in Figure 107.

(四). 由前式左腳站稳, 右腳面繃平向前踢出。同時兩手分開, 左手向左後上方撐開, 右手順右腳上面向前刺出, 氣沉丹田以貫注兩掌, 目視右指, 面對正東, 如圖108。
(4) [Continuing] from the previous movement, stand firmly on the left foot. Stretch the top of the right foot forward at [hip] level and kick [i.e., like a soccer kick that uses the top of the foot]. At the same time, separate both hands, with the left hand bracing to the upper left rear direction and the right hand stabbing forward above the top of the right foot. Sink the Qi to the dan-tian, and then focus [the Qi] into the two palms. Look at the right [index] finger, and face straight towards the east, as in Figure 108.
