卅三. 單鞭
(一). 由前式鬆腰, 徐徐吸氣, 兩腳不動。身微左擰再右擰。同時右手內翻, 由前下劃繞一小圈向右上挑成鉤掌, 左手扶右腕內側, 面對西南, 目視右鉤掌, 如圖101。
Posture 33. Single Whip
(1) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Keeping both feet in place, twist the body slightly towards the left, and then twist towards the right. At the same time, flip the right hand inward, coiling it around to draw a small circle down in the front and then lifting to the upper right, ending in a hooked palm. Use the left hand to support at the inside of the right wrist. Face the southwest, and look at the right hooked palm, as in Figure 101.
