卅二. 雲手
(一).由前式鬆腰, 徐徐吸氣, 身右轉, 坐寔右腿, 扣左腳尖對南方, 收右腳並立。同時鬆開右鉤掌下落, 隨身左擰向左後抄至右[should be 左]肘下面, 高與胯齊, 成陽掌。左手陰掌向左後雲動略按, 高與肩平。目視左掌, 面對東北, 成雲手起式, 如圖91。
Posture 32. Cloud Hands
(1) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Turn the body towards the right and sit solidly on the right, turning the left toes inward to face the south. Then, withdraw the right foot so that it is side by side [with the left foot]. At the same time, twist the body back towards the left and release the right hooked palm and drop it downward. [Continue to circle the right hand] towards the left until it is under the right [should be left] elbow at hip [kuà] level height, ending in a Yang palm. Move the left hand as a Yin palm towards the left rear using a waving movement and push at shoulder level height. Look at the left palm and face the northeast to end in a [left] cloud hands posture, as in Figure 91.

(二). 由前式鬆腰, 徐徐吸氣, 兩腳不動, 坐實右腿,身右後轉擰。同時右手向上劃圓弧向右雲護面, 手心向內, 隨身擰轉; 左手向下向右劃弧護襠, 手心向內, 面對西南, 目視右手, 如圖92。
(2) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Keeping both feet in place, sit solidly on the right leg and turn the body back towards the right. At the same time, wave the right hand up, drawing an arc toward the right to guard in front of the face with the center of the hand facing inward. As the body turns, also draw an arc downward towards right with the left hand to protect the groin with the center of hand facing inward. Face the southwest and look at the right hand, as in Figure 92.

(三). 由前式鬆腰, 再擰轉向右後。同時右手向右後方雲翻成陰掌按平, 高與肩齊; 左掌隨身按势, 續右抄托成陽掌, 托於右肘下, 高與胯齊, 目視右掌, 面對西北, 成右雲手, 如圖93。
(3) [Continuing] from the previous movement, then turn towards the right rear. At the same time, wave the right hand towards the right rear and flip it over to end in a Yin palm that is pushing [àn] at shoulder level height. As the body turns and [right palm] pushes [àn] , continue raise [tuō] the left palm towards the right using a Yang palm under the right elbow at hip [kuà] level height. Look at the right palm and face the northwest to end in a right cloud hands [posture], as in Figure 93.

(四). 由前式鬆腰, 坐右腿, 身左轉, 左腳向右[should be 左]橫移一步, 成馬步。同時左手向上抄托, 手心朝裏, 由右向左雲動護面; 右手由右向下向左, 抄護襠前, 隨身左轉, 面對東南, 目視左掌食指, 兩掌心向內,如圖94。
(4) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and sit solidly on the right leg. Turn the body towards the left, and move the left foot to step horizontally across towards the left, ending in a horse stance. At the same time, raise [tuō] the left hand up with the center of the hand facing inward, going from the right and waving towards the left to guard in front of the face. Drop the right hand down from the right towards the left to guard in front of the groin. Carry the arms with the body while continuing to turn to the left until facing the southeast. Look at the index finger of the left palm, with the center of both hands facing inward, as in Figure 94.

(五). 由前式鬆腰徐徐沉氣, 身續向左轉, 体重移於左腿, 右腳收靠並立。同時左掌隨身轉, 向左後雲按, 高與肩齊; 右掌隨身轉向左上托,置於左肘下,高與胯齊, 目視左掌, 面對東北, 成左雲手,如圖95。
(5) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly sink the Qi. Continue turning the body towards the left, and shift the body's weight to the left leg. Withdraw the right foot until it is side by side with [the left foot]. At the same time, as the body turns, wave the left palm towards the left rear and push [àn] at shoulder level height. Also as the body turns, raise [tuō] the right palm up to the left until it is underneath the left elbow and at hip [kuà] level height. Look at the left palm and face the northeast, ending in a left cloud hands [posture], as in Figure 95.

(六). 由前式徐徐吸氣, 鬆腰, 囬轉向右雲, 動作與本势 (二) 同, 如圖96。
(6) [Continuing] from the previous movement, slowly inhale and relax the waist. Turn again and wave the hands to the right, similar to the movement in step (2), as shown in Figure 96.

(七). 由前式身体續向右後轉西北, 成右雲手, 動作與本势 (三)同, 面對西北, 如圖97
(7) [Continuing] from the previous movement, continue turning the body towards the right rear until facing the northwest to end in right cloud hands, similar to the movement in step (3), as shown in Figure 97.

(八). 由前式, 擰身向左轉, 左腳向左橫移一大步, 成馬步。同時左手由上護面, 右手下抄護襠, 向左雲, 動作與本势 (四)同, 面對東南, 如圖98。
(8) [Continuing] from the previous movement, turn the body towards the left and take one large step with the left foot horizontally across towards the left, ending in a horse stance. At the same time, move the left hand up to guard in front of the face, and move the right hand down to guard the groin, waving [the hands] to the left similar to the movement in step (4). Face the southeast, as shown in Figure 98.

(九). 由前式, 徐徐沉氣, 身續向左後擰轉,左腿坐實,右腳收靠於左腳旁並立。同時手向左後雲成左雲手, 動作與本势 (五)同, 面對東北, 如圖99。
(9) [Continuing] from the previous movement, slowly sink the Qi and continue turning the body back to the left. Sit solidly on the left foot, and withdraw the right foot until it is side by side with [the left foot]. At the same time, wave the hands towards the left rear to end in a left cloud hands [posture], similar to the movement in step (5). Face the northeast, as shown in Figure 99.

(10) [Continuing] from the previous movement, slowly inhale and turn the body's waist back to the right. Wave the hands towards the right, similar to the movement in step (2). Face the southwest, as in Figure 100.

It is often combined with the other hand bracing or pushing downward to create a splitting (lie) energy.]
