卄五. 摟膝拗步
(一). 由前式鬆腰,身左轉對東,坐實右腿, 屈膝下蹲, 同時右肘上提, 右手立掌置於右耳側, 左掌下落, 摟過右膝, 護於襠前, 目前視, 如圖73。
Posture 25. Brush Knee Twist Step
(1) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and turn the body towards the left to face the east. Sit solidly on the right leg and bend the knees to squat down. At the same time, raise up the right elbow and use the right hand as a standing palm beside the right ear. Drop the left palm down and draw it across the right knee to guard in front of the groin. Look forward, as in Figure 73.

(二). 由前式鬆腰,上身徐徐向左擰, 左腳東進一步, 右腿蹬開,左腳掌前撑成左弓步, 同時右手隨身轉順鼻尖向前按平成陰掌, 右肘下沉; 左掌摟至左膝外側,頂頭塌腰, 空胸緊背, 面對正東, 目視右掌, 如圖74。
(2) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly twist the upper body towards the left. Take one step towards the east with the left foot. Begin to push through the right leg and brace through the sole of the front left foot, ending in a left bow stance. At the same time, move the right hand as the body turns, and then push it forward until it is in line with the tip of the nose, ending with a Yin palm. Sink the right elbow down, and draw the left palm to the outside of the left knee. Push through the crown of the head and settle down into the waist. Empty the chest and tighten the back. Face straight towards the east and look at the right palm, as in Figure 74.
