卄六. 海底針
(一). 由前式鬆腰起身, 左腳收成虛步, 同時右肘上提, 立掌置於右耳旁, 左手立掌上豎,向右向上掤, 護於胸前, 左肘彎曲, 目視左掌, 如圖75。
Posture 26. Needle at Sea Bottom
(1). [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly raise the body. [Shift the weight to the right foot] and withdraw the left foot to end in an empty stance. At the same time, raise up the right elbow and use the right hand as a standing palm beside the right ear. Change the left hand to a vertical standing palm, and ward off [peng] towards the upper-right to guard in front of the chest. Bend the left elbow and look at the palm, as in Figure 75.

(二). 由前式, 兩腳不動, 全身下蹲, 右掌向前下方刺, 左手扶於右腕內, 頂頭塌腰, 氣沉丹田, 目視右掌, 如圖76。
(2) [Continuing] from the previous movement, keep both feet unchanged and squat the whole body down. Stab the right palm down to the front, with the left hand supporting at the inside of the right wrist. Push through the crown of the head and settle down into the waist. Sink the Qi to the dan-tian and look at the right palm, as in Figure 76.
