卄四. 白鶴亮翅
(一). 由前式鬆腰, 徐徐吸氣,身左轉約九十度, 左腳不動, 右腳前移半步扣膝, 同時右手向左護面下落於肩前; 左手下落由護襠向左上方挑起與眼平, 面對東北, 目視左掌, 如圖71。
Posture 24. White Crane Shows Its Wings
(1) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Turn the body approximately 90 degrees towards the left. Keeping the left foot motionless, shift the right foot forward a half step with the knee turned inward. At the same time, drop the right hand towards the left to protect the face, and then [circle] it until it is in front of the [left] shoulder. Drop the left hand down to guard at the groin, and then raise it up to the left at eye level height. Face the northeast, and look at the left palm, as in Figure 71.

(二). 由前式鬆腰, 徐徐吸氣,身右後轉, 面對西南, 右腳不動, 左腳跟提起,同時左手向右護面, 落於右肩前, 右手下落護襠, 繼向右上方挑起, 高與眼平; 目視右掌, 如圖72。
(2) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Turn the body back towards the right to face the southwest. Keeping the right foot motionless, [sit solidly on the right leg] and lift the left heel. At the same time, use the left hand to guard the face. Then drop the [left hand] down and in front of the right shoulder. Move the right hand down to guard the groin, and then raise it up towards the right at eye level height. Look at the right palm, as in Figure 72.
