二〇. 抝步倒攆猴
(一). 由前式鬆腰,右腳不動,左腿提起, 徐徐吸氣,同時右拳变陰掌前撐,左肘上提, 左拳变立掌置左耳側, 目視右掌,如圖55。
Posture 20. Twist Step Back, Repulse Monkey
(1) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and keep the right foot in place. Slowly inhale and lift the left leg. At the same time, change the right fist into a Yin palm and brace [i.e., block] towards the front. Raise the left elbow, and change the left fist into a standing palm at the side of the left ear. Look at the right hand, as in Figure 55.

(二). 由前式鬆腰, 徐徐沉氣,左腳後退落地成右弓步, 同時右手向下摟至右膝外側, 左手向前貫出成陰掌,左肩前順, 右肩微合, 成左倒攆猴。 頂頭塌腰, 沉肩墜肘,空胸拔背, 氣沉丹田以貫注兩手, 體態端正,目視左掌,如圖56。
(2) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly sink the Qi. Drop the left foot backward onto the ground to end in a right bow stance. At the same time, draw the right hand downward towards the outside of the right knee. Pierce the left hand forward [to push at shoulder level], ending in a Yin palm. Allow the left shoulder to go forward while matching the movement of the right shoulder with a corresponding [movement] slightly [backward], ending in a Left Repulse Monkey. Push through the crown of the head and settle down into the waist. Sink the shoulders and drop the elbows. Empty the chest and tighten the back. Sink the Qi to the dan-tian, and then focus [the Qi] into the two hands. Maintain an upright posture and look at the left palm, as in Figure 56.

(三). 由前式鬆腰, 徐徐吸氣, 左腳跟順直後,坐實左腿,右腳後收靠左腳並立,同時左手立掌上豎, 向右護面。 右掌隨身右擰, 向右後挑起, 面對西南, 目視右掌食指,如圖57。
(3) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Arrange the left heel [so that the left foot] is straight, and then sit solidly on the left leg. Withdraw the right foot back to lean side-by-side against the left foot. At the same time, raise the left hand to the right as a vertical standing palm to guard the face. Turn the body towards the right, and raise the right palm towards the right rear. Face the southwest, and look at the index finger of the right palm, as in Figure 57.
[Note: This posture says to straighten the back foot first, then shift the weight onto it.]

(四). 由前式原步位不動, 身左轉向東。 同時左手下摟護襠, 右手提肘成立掌, 置於右耳側, 鬆腰蹲身, 目視東方,如圖58。
(4) [Continuing] from the previous movement, maintain [both feet] in the previous stance and turn the body left towards the east. At the same time, draw the left hand down to guard the groin. Raise the right elbow, and move the right hand as a standing palm towards the outside of the right ear. Relax the waist and squat the body. Look towards the east, as in Figure 58.

(五). 由前式後退右腳成左弓步, 右掌向前貫出按平成陰掌。左掌摟至左膝外側, 右肩前順, 左肩微合,空胸緊背, 鬆腰氣沉, 体態端正, 成右倒攆猴, 如圖59。
(5) [Continuing] from the previous movement, step the right foot back to the rear to end in a left bow stance. Pierce the right hand forward to push at [shoulder level], ending in a Yin palm. Draw the left palm towards the outside of the left knee. Allow the right shoulder to go forward while matching the movement of the left shoulder with a corresponding [movement] slightly [backward]. Empty the chest and tighten the back. Relax the waist and sink the Qi. Maintain an upright posture and look at the right palm, as in Figure 59.
