十九. 轉身肘底看捶
(一). 由前式鬆腰,徐徐吸氣,身稍後坐左腳尖外擺對正東方, 轉左身右腳右移成左弓步, 同時左手向左採握成陽拳, 收置腰側, 右手伸開隨身轉向前拐砍成陽拳,如圖53。
Posture 19. Turn the Body, Fist Under Elbow
(1) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Sit the body back slightly [on the right foot], and turn the left toes outward to face directly towards the east. Turn the body towards the left and shift the right foot towards the right to end in a left bow stance. At the same time, pluck [i.e., yank] with the left hand towards the left, and then grasp it into a Yang fist that is withdrawn to the side of the waist. Also as the body turns, stretch out with the right hand, and then chop using a Yang fist with the arm bent, as in Figure 53.

(二). 由前式鬆腰, 徐徐沉氣,坐實右腿,左腳後移半步奌地成左虛。同時右拳翻成陰拳下壓胸前,左手陽拳由右拳背上鑽出, 高與眼平,目視左拳,如圖54。
(2) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly sink the Qi. Sit solidly on the right leg, and shift the left foot back a half step with the toes touching the ground in a left empty stance [xu-bu]. At the same time, flip the right fist and press down in front of the chest with a Yin fist. Drill the left hand up using a Yang fist, going over the back of the right fist and ending at eye level height. Look at the left fist, as in Figure 54.
