十六. 轉身抱虎歸山
(一). 由前式鬆腰,徐徐吸氣, 坐右腿, 扣左腳, 再坐左腿, 身右後轉向西,同時右手下落, 向右摟至右膝外側, 提左肘立掌置於左耳側, 向西, 如圖42。
Posture 16. Turn, Embrace Tiger, Return to Mountain
(1) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Sit on the right leg and turn the left foot inward. Then sit on the left leg, and turn the body back towards the right to face the west. At the same time, drop the right hand, drawing it to the outside of the right knee. Lift the left elbow and move the left standing palm across from the left ear. Face the west, as in Figure 42.

(二). 接前式隨身轉右腳向西北方邁足一步, 後蹬開左腿成右弓步,同時右手繼向右摟膝護襠, 左手由左耳側向西北貫出, 目視左掌,如圖43。
(2) Continuing from the previous movement, keep turning to the right and take one step with the right foot towards the northwest. Begin to push through the rear left leg to end in a right bow stance. At the same time, continue drawing the right hand towards the right knee to guard the groin. Then from the side of the left ear, move the left hand to pierce towards the northwest. Look at the left palm, as in Figure 43.

(三). 由前式徐徐吸氣, 鬆腰微坐左腿成中定步, 右手由外側向右向上劃圓弧, 再向前與左手合成右琵琶式, 面對西北,目視右掌 ,如圖44。
(3) [Continuing] from the previous movement, slowly inhale and relax the waist. Sit back slightly on the left leg to end in a center setting stance. Move the right hand to draw an arc, going outside up to the right, and then to the front. The right and left hands together form the "Play Guitar Right" posture. Face the northwest, and look at the right palm, as in Figure 44.
