十五. 斜摟膝抝步
(一). 由前式鬆腰,徐徐吸氣, 左腳不動,右腳右腳後移一步,坐實右腿, 身右擰, 面對西方, 同時右手向下隨身轉搂膝護襠, 向西北上挑成立掌, 食指對正對鼻尖; 左手隨身轉, 向右護面, 環抱於胸前,掌心對正右肘窩, 目視右掌, 如圖40。
Posture 15. Diagonal Brush Knee Twist Step
(1) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly inhale. Keeping the left foot in place, shift the right foot one step to the rear, and then sit solidly on the right leg. Twist the body towards the right to face the west. At the same time that the body turns, draw the right hand down towards the [right] knee to guard the groin, and then lift [the right hand] up towards the northwest using a standing palm, with the index finger in line with the tip of the nose. Also as the body turns, move the left hand towards the right to guard the face and then circle it [down] in front of the chest with the center of the palm directly across from the pit of the right elbow. Look at the right palm, as in Figure 40.

(二). 由前式鬆腰,徐徐沉氣, 身左後轉對正東南, 左腳隨身轉邁進一步, 徐徐蹬開右腿, 成左弓步。 同時左手向下向後摟至左膝外側, 右手提肘立掌, 掌心對耳, 從右耳側向前貫出成陰掌, 面對東南, 目視右掌, 如圖41。
(2) [Continuing] from the previous movement, relax the waist and slowly sink the Qi. Turn the body back towards the left to face the southeast. As the body turns, take one step with the left foot [towards the southeast]. Slowly begin to push through the right leg to end in a left bow stance. At the same time, draw the left hand down and back to the outer side of the left knee. [Simultaneously], lift the right elbow and move the right standing palm so that the center of the palm is across from the [right] ear. Then from the side of the right ear, move the [right hand] to pierce forward ending in a Yin palm. Face the southeast, and look at the right palm, as in Figure 41.
