Welcome to the Translational NanoDevices Lab, founded in March 2026, at the Centre for Interdisciplinary and Convergent Technologies, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Here we explore the physics of two-dimensional materials and van der Waals heterostructures. Our research blends nanofabrication and device engineering to build next-generation sensors with real-world impact. 

Our vision is to build ultra-sensitive, low-power sensing and electronic systems, bridging fundamental science with deployable technologies for applications in defense, healthcare diagnostics, and other strategic sectors.
