Welcome to AI Translator  (“the App”), provided by Pearuell Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

The App offers both free features and subscription-based AI translation features.

• The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

• If you intend to use the App for commercial purposes (e.g., translation services, business workflows, or resale), you must obtain prior written permission by contacting us at pearuell@gmail.com.

You agree not to misuse the App, including but not limited to:

• Using the App for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.

• Uploading or submitting content that infringes copyrights, intellectual property rights, or privacy rights of others.

• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or bypass the App’s security, usage limits, or subscription mechanisms.

3. AI Translation Features & Subscription

3.1 Text Translation (AI Translation)

The App provides AI-powered text translation features, including:

• The ability to select different AI translation models.

• Advanced AI translation features that require an active subscription.

Without a valid subscription, access to certain AI translation capabilities may be limited or unavailable.

3.2 AI Voice Translation

The App also provides AI-powered voice translation features, which include:

• Selecting the source language and target language.

• Converting speech to text using Google Speech-to-Text technology.

• Translating the recognized text using AI translation models (e.g., Gemini).

To ensure fair usage:

• Free users are subject to a daily usage limit for AI voice translation.

• Once the free usage quota is exceeded, an active subscription is required to continue using this feature.

• Usage limits, quotas, and availability may be adjusted at our discretion.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The App relies on artificial intelligence technologies to generate translation results. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated translations are provided “as is” and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or errors.

• Translations may not reflect professional, legal, medical, or official standards.

• You should not rely on AI translation results for critical decisions, including but not limited to legal, medical, financial, or safety-related matters.

• You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using any translated content.

• We disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, or consequence arising from reliance on AI-generated translations.

5. Translation Technology Disclaimer

The App uses third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Google Speech-to-Text

• Google Cloud Translation API

• AI language models (such as Gemini)

While we strive to provide high-quality translation services:

• We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or reliability of translations.

• Translation results may vary depending on language, accent, audio quality, or input content.

• We are not responsible for errors caused by third-party service limitations or interruptions.

Our collection and use of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App—including but not limited to software code, AI integrations, design, logos, trademarks, and branding—are owned by Pearuell Studio.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

• Use our branding or intellectual property without prior written consent.

8. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature (including free or subscription features) at any time.

• Update these Terms as necessary.

Updated Terms will be published within the App or its store listing and will become effective immediately upon publication.
Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the App, AI services, or third-party integrations.
