One easy way to eat local is to participate in Community Supported Agriculture (CSA). CSAs are individual farms or a group of farms that sell “shares” and the CSA members receive a portion of the harvest. There are many CSAs operating in Howard County. Each CSA operates a little differently so we encourage you to learn more and find one that is right for you.
