Transforming Teams Studio Educator Training is designed for teaching teams who want to deepen their understanding of the science behind dance training and translate it into practical class strategies.

Sessions are tailored to each studio and focus on providing tools educators can implement immediately in class.

Training can be customised to support your studio’s specific goals, such as:

• designing structured conditioning blocks for classes
• building 8–10 week dancer development plans
• introducing baseline dancer assessments and progress tracking
• adapting strength and flexibility training for different ages or styles
• helping teaching teams confidently apply biomechanics principles in class

Studios may choose to focus on a specific training topic or work together to develop a broader training framework that supports long-term dancer development.
