And the following supplemental Terms of Use, which apply specifically to Transcribe audio to text - AI.

1. License
   We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

2. User Responsibilities
   You agree that you will:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes.

• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App.

• Not attempt to circumvent App security or interfere with App operation, Apple services, or other users.

You are solely responsible for the audio, transcripts, and other content you record, import, edit, export, or share using the App.

3. Content Handling and Data Loss
   The App is designed to process audio and transcripts on your device.
   You are responsible for maintaining backups of important files and content.
   We are not responsible for accidental deletion, corruption, or loss of audio files, transcripts, or other data stored on your device.

4. Third-Party Services
   The App relies on Apple platform services and frameworks (for example, iOS share sheet, file picker, and App Store review flow).
   Those services are governed by Apple’s own terms and privacy policies.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties
   The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
   We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that transcription results will be fully accurate for every audio source or language.

6. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

   • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

   • Any loss of data, content, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the App.

   • Any errors, delays, or inaccuracies in transcription, export, playback, or shared output.

7. Changes to These Terms
   We may update these Terms from time to time.
   Continued use of the App after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Termination
   These Terms remain in effect until terminated.
   Your rights under these Terms terminate automatically if you fail to comply with them.
   Upon termination, you must stop using the App and remove it from your devices.

9. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by applicable law in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws.
