These Terms of Service (Terms) apply to your use of Transcribe audio to text - AI (the App). In these Terms, we and usrefer to the App’s developer.

The App is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These Terms supplement that agreement for the App. If a provision conflicts with Apple’s agreement, the applicable Apple agreement controls.

1. What the App does

The App records or imports audio, produces on-device AI transcripts, and provides tools to edit, organize, play, and export content. Transcripts are generated automatically and may contain errors. Review them before relying on them, particularly for legal, medical, financial, accessibility, or other important purposes.

2. Your content and responsibilities

You retain your rights to the audio and transcripts you create or import. You are responsible for your content and for having any permission required to record, transcribe, use, or share it, including the consent of other people where applicable.

You agree to use the App lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, bypass access restrictions, or misuse Apple’s or our purchase systems. You are responsible for keeping copies of content that is important to you. Deleting content, deleting the App, or losing access to a device may result in loss of locally stored content.

3. Free, Legacy, and Pro access

The App currently offers:

• Free access: Up to five completed transcriptions in a rolling seven-day period, with audio up to 15 minutes per transcription.

• Legacy access: Users eligible through the original version 1.0 release retain access to its existing features. Audio trimming is a Pro feature.

• Pro access: Removes the Free transcription limits and unlocks Pro tools, including audio trimming. The purchase screen shows the features included in the available offer.

Eligibility and purchase status are checked using Apple and RevenueCat purchase information. If you believe your access is incorrect, use Restore Purchases in the App or contact us.

4. Purchases, trials, and renewals

Prices, currencies, and any available trial are shown in the App and Apple’s purchase confirmation before you buy. Purchases are charged through your Apple Account.

• Monthly Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews each month unless you cancel through your Apple Account. If you receive a free trial, the subscription begins charging at the price shown in the purchase flow when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Trial availability depends on eligibility and the offer displayed to you.

• Lifetime Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks Pro in this App without recurring charges.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; access generally continues through the paid period, subject to Apple’s purchase terms. Deleting the App or its data does not cancel a subscription. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Apple handles billing and refund requests; you can request a refund from Apple where eligible.

5. Privacy and sharing

Our Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information. Transcription is performed on your device. If you export or share content, the app or service you choose to receive it is responsible for its own handling of that content.

6. Availability and accuracy

We may update the App and its features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or perfectly accurate transcription, playback, or exports. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the App, including losses caused by inaccurate transcripts or lost local content. This section does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms as the App changes. We will post the revised Terms at the same location and update the date above. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide any notice required by applicable law. Changes do not take away purchase rights you already have under applicable law.
