   The App does not require account creation.

b. Audio Files and Transcripts
When you record or import audio, those files are stored locally on your device.
Transcripts you create are also stored locally on your device.

2. How Processing Works
   Audio transcription is performed on-device using bundled AI model files.
   Your recordings and transcript content are not sent to our servers for transcription.

3. Permissions We Use

   • Microphone Access: Used only to record audio when you choose to record.

   • File Access (via iOS file picker): Used only when you choose to import audio files.

4. Sharing and Export
   We do not control how third-party apps handle data after you share it with them.

5. Third-Party Services
   The App does not include third-party advertising SDKs, tracking SDKs, or analytics SDKs.
   However, Apple may process certain technical or account-related data when you use App Store features (such as ratings/reviews). Apple’s practices are governed by Apple’s own policies.

6. Data Retention and Deletion
   Your data remains on your device unless you delete it.
   You can delete audio files and app data from within the App settings.

7. Children’s Privacy
   The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or any users), because data processing is local and no account is required.

   We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
   Any updates will be posted wherever this policy is made available.
