It is extremely important that ALL EXTERIOR IMPROVEMENTS OR CHANGES be approved by the Association. This is a requirement of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. The intent of this requirement is not to hinder people from freedom of choice but to ensure their choices are in harmony with the overall appearance of the community. An attractive, harmonious community will be a desirable place in which to live, and will also prove to be a better investment over time than one in which architectural control is not enforced.
To make a request, please complete the Architectural Change Request Form. To access the Online Forms, please CLICK HERE.
When filling out the form, include as much specific information as possible. Be sure to include:
Size/Measurements
Location
Materials to be Used
Color
A general rule of thumb is this, imagine you are on the Committee and you are reviewing the submission. Do you have everything necessary to visualize the completed project so you can make a judgment? If there are no unanswered questions in your mind based on the submission, then it is likely your submission will be acceptable. Please CLICK HERE to review the Association's Architectural Documents.
It is each homeowner's responsibility to obtain construction permits as required by the city in which they live prior to beginning work.
Once the form is submitted, you will receive email notifications as your request is processed. If you have any questions about the form or about the review process, please contact your Community Manager, Heather Pancratz at HPancratz@Msihoa.com or (720) 974-4109.
