In order to reserve the benches for your event, we require 50% of the final payment (rental + delivery fee) in cash or by e-transfer. Once this has been received, your benches will be reserved. The final payment is due upon delivery of the benches.
The 50% reservation fee is non-refundable. Should you cancel, and give notice 6 hours prior to bench delivery, you will be refunded the remaining 50%. If we have not been notified and the benches are delivered to the site, the full payment will be due upon delivery.
We understand that we are in uncertain times, and public health guidelines are constantly changing. If public health has changed the policy in your area and this directly affects your event, we will give a 100% refund on your bench rentals. The cancellation must be due to direction from public health in order to receive the refund.
