Below you will find a guide to help you determine the number of guests that will fit on each bench. Remember that this is just a guide and your number will be dependent on:

• the number of children and adults at your event (with adults taking up more space on each bench)

• how efficiently you seat people at your event (do you have someone seating your guests? Or will they be seating themselves?)

We generally advise to allow 10% extra seating capacity to allow for few gaps here and there.
