Growing up, I loved using snap bracelets so this find was like a dream come true! It's a snap bracelet that lights up when you use it making it perfect for the early morning and late evening runs. The band holds on well even when you are wearing bulkier clothing in the colder months. I typically wear the band on my forearm, several inches above my wrist.
The band actually has two modes; you can choose to use it as a single light or with a blinking light. I had mine for about 5 months before the battery needed to be changed. This is a super easy process!
I have given this product to several people as gifts and they seem to enjoy it as much as I do. Definitely worth trying out!
I find the Apple Watch Series 3 an indispensable piece of running gear. I love all of the things this watch does. I now wear it everyday.
These are the only glasses I wear anymore.
Pros:
Cons:
The minute I saw these sunglasses in my local running store, Marathon Sports, I new I had to try them! They come in lots of different colors and are really inexpensive. The three different styles that are offered are The Ogs, The Runways, and BFGS. I own four pairs of these glasses and the only style I have tried out is The Ogs.

Cons:
I really like these Hoka One One Bondi 6 shoes. They are super comfortable. I wear them for long runs and really like how cushy they are.
It takes a little bit of time to get used to running so high up on a shoe, and they aren't as responsive as other shoes I wear but you cannot beat the cushy comfort.
There is nothing like being 18 miles into a race and feeling like you have cramps in your calfs the size of baseballs. This has happened to me on one too many occasions! Before running Twin Cities Marathon I stopped at my local running store and decided to try out these Salt Stick Caps. They are meant to help maintain your electrolyte level which ultimately reduces muscle cramping. This worked so well for me! I took one tablet every 30-45 minutes during the race and didn't notice any cramping.
