So this post has been on my bike for a couple of years, and it has worked flawlessly. It feels and operates like new and has required no maintenance. It works with a regular shifter cable and housing, so any adjustment is easy to do.

It is smooth in its operation and the lever allows for easy modulation of the post. You can get this transfer post to go up or down, as fast or as slow as you like.

The lever can be mounted on the left or right side of the handle bar and is made of all aluminum. It feels very high quality as does the entire seat post.

This has been a great upgrade to my bike. One that I did not know if I would really enjoy. Now that its on my bike I would miss not having it.
