Step One:
See the colors of nature
Match crayons to the colors you see in nature. Then draw a picture of a nature scene using the colors you found.
Other Activities:
Make a colorful art project using supplies you find in nature.
Make a list of colorful animals from around the world.
Step Two:
Hear the sounds of nature
Play sound bingo - Write down sounds that you think you will hear randomly then have someone call out nature sounds they hear.
Another Activity:
Make an instrument using things around you. (ex. singing, clapping, turning rocks into a drum)
Step Three:
Share your art
Using the padlet for outdoor art share any artwork you have made and are willing to share.
Another Activity:
Show the art you made to a friend or family member.
Fun "homework":
Create a colorful poster about what you learned on how to leave no trace!
