Learn about "leave no trace" and then make a plan about you can protect the trail based on what you have learned.

Common things to know -
Apply pressure to a bleeding wound
Ice swollen injuries
Apply cold running water or a wet towel to a burn
Pinch nostrils for 10 minutes for a nosebleed
Drape a blanket over a person in shock
Gently roll a person into the recovery position
