Welcome to TrackX! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TrackX mobile application and related services ("Service"), operated by TrackX Technologies ("we," "our," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using TrackX, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.
TrackX allows users to:
Track parcels and shipments from multiple couriers.
View live status updates, estimated delivery times, and location details.
Organize and manage multiple tracking numbers.
Receive optional delivery notifications.
We rely on third-party courier APIs and data sources. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee all tracking information will be up to date or error-free.
You must be:

Legally allowed to use the Service under your local laws.

When using TrackX, you agree to:

All TrackX branding, design, and code are owned by TrackX Technologies.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.
Some features may be available only through a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are billed through your app store provider (Apple App Store / Google Play).
Your subscription will auto-renew unless canceled in your account settings before the renewal date.
TrackX is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for:
Missed deliveries.
Lost parcels.
Damages resulting from incorrect tracking information.
You use TrackX at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate your access to TrackX if:
You violate these Terms.
We discontinue the Service.
