Welcome to Tracksy. By downloading, installing, or using the Tracksy mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
Tracksy allows you to track shipping parcels by entering your tracking number. The App may provide shipment updates from third-party couriers. Tracksy does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this information, as it relies on external courier services.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Tracksy.
You agree to use Tracksy only for lawful purposes.
You are responsible for any data charges associated with using the App.
You must not attempt to misuse or disrupt the App or its services.
Some features of Tracksy may require a paid subscription. Pricing, payment, and renewal details will be clearly displayed within the App. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and App Store account, in compliance with Apple’s policies.
Tracksy may integrate with third-party APIs (e.g., shipping couriers). Tracksy is not responsible for the content, reliability, or policies of these third parties.
Tracksy is provided “as is” without any warranty.Â
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be available within the App. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
