TrackR helps you track your laps, compare your performance, connect with other drivers and compete on the leaderboard.
If you're having trouble with TrackR or have a question about the app, you'll find helpful information below.
Make sure Location Services are enabled for TrackR and that you are at a supported track. Start your session and TrackR will automatically detect and record your laps.
For the best results, make sure your iPhone has a clear view of the sky and that Location Services are enabled.
Open your Garage and add your car. You can use your Garage to keep track of the cars you drive and associate your track sessions and lap times with the correct car.
Find a driver through their profile, posts or leaderboard results and select Follow. Their activity will then appear in your feed.
TrackR automatically records your lap times and provides performance information including:
Lap times
Personal bests
Sector times
Live delta
Top speed
Turn speed
Heat maps
GPS accuracy can vary depending on your device, surroundings and track conditions.
TrackR leaderboards let you compare your lap times with other drivers.
Depending on the track and available data, you can compare times against the wider TrackR community, friends, car makes and car models.

Check that:
Location Services are enabled for TrackR.
TrackR has permission to access your location.
Your iPhone has a clear view of the sky where possible.
You have started your session correctly.
You are using the correct track and configuration.
GPS performance can vary depending on environmental conditions and device placement.
GPS-based timing can be affected by signal quality, buildings, trees, weather and other environmental factors. For the best results, keep your iPhone in a position where it can maintain a strong GPS signal.
Make sure you are logged into the correct TrackR account and that you have joined the relevant group or session. Some features may require TrackR Pro.
Your TrackR account allows you to create a driver profile, connect with other drivers and keep track of your cars and performance.
