2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

• Is never used for advertising targeting

• Can be fully deleted at any time via Settings → Clear All Data

2.3 Automatically Collected Data (via Third-Party SDKs)

When you use the App, our advertising partner Google AdMob may automatically collect certain non-personally identifiable information for the purpose of serving advertisements. This may include:

• Device type, operating system version, and screen size

• Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID / GAID)

• IP address (used to determine general geographic location for ad targeting)

• App usage data (which ads were shown, clicked, or completed)

• Network type (Wi-Fi / mobile data)

This data is collected and processed by Google LLC under Google's own Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). We do not have direct access to this data.

2.4 Crash and Diagnostics Data

Android may collect crash reports automatically through Google Play Services. These reports may contain device model, OS version, and stack traces. We use this information only to identify and fix bugs.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

3.1 App Functionality

• BMI data is used to calculate and display your BMI result and health category.

• Period data is used to predict your next period, ovulation day, and fertile window.

• Workout data is used to display your training calendar, streak, and progress.

• Preferences are used to personalise your app experience.

3.2 Advertising

Trackive is a free app supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. Ads displayed in the App may be personalised based on your interests as determined by Google using your Advertising ID. We use the following AdMob ad formats:

• App Open Ads: Displayed once when the app is cold-started.

• Interstitial Ads: Displayed when switching between the BMI and Workout tabs (maximum once every 90 seconds per tab).

• Rewarded Ads: Displayed when you choose to unlock a Pro workout plan (15-minute access).

• Rewarded Interstitial Ads: Displayed when you choose to unlock an Intermediate workout plan (1-hour access).

• Native Advanced Ads: Displayed on the BMI page and Settings page.

All rewarded ads are entirely user-initiated. You are never forced to watch an ad. The Period / Cycle tab contains zero advertising.

3.3 Notifications

If you enable push notifications, Trackive will schedule local alarms to deliver:

• Workout reminders at your chosen daily time

• BMI check reminders at your chosen interval (7, 14, or 30 days)

• Menstrual cycle phase alerts (fertile window, ovulation, period due)

• Streak milestone reward notifications

These notifications are generated entirely locally on your device. No data is transmitted to schedule them.

3.4 We Do NOT:

• Sell your personal data to any third party

• Share your health data with advertisers

• Use your menstrual or body data for ad targeting

• Create profiles based on your health information

• Track your location

4. DATA STORAGE AND SECURITY

4.1 Local Storage Only

All personal data you enter into Trackive (BMI inputs, period dates, workout logs, preferences) is stored locally on your device using Android's SharedPreferences mechanism. This data:

• Remains on your device at all times

• Is not backed up to any cloud service by this App

• Is protected by your device's built-in security (PIN, biometrics, encryption)

4.2 Data Retention

Your data remains on your device until you:

• Clear it manually via Settings → Clear All Data

• Uninstall the App (which deletes all App data)

• Clear the App's storage or cache via Android system settings

4.3 Security Measures

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect data within the App. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorised access.

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

5.1 Google AdMob

Trackive uses Google AdMob (provided by Google LLC) for advertising. AdMob may use your device's Advertising ID to serve personalised advertisements. You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time by:

• On Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation

AdMob's data practices are governed by Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

5.2 Google Play Services

The App uses Google Play Services for AdMob integration and may use crash reporting. Google's Privacy Policy applies to data collected through these services.

5.3 No Other Third Parties

Trackive does not integrate analytics SDKs (such as Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude), social media SDKs, or any other data collection services beyond those described above.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Trackive is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App's period tracking and health features are intended for adults and mature teenagers with parental guidance.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at the address below and we will delete that information promptly.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

7.1 Right to Access

You can view all data you have entered into the App at any time within the App itself.

7.2 Right to Deletion

You can delete all App data at any time via Settings → Clear All Data. Uninstalling the App also permanently deletes all locally stored data.

7.3 Right to Opt Out of Personalised Advertising

You can opt out of personalised ads via Android Settings → Google → Ads.

7.4 GDPR Rights (EU/EEA Residents)

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have rights under the GDPR including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and object to processing of your personal data. Since all personal data is stored locally on your device and not processed on our servers, you can exercise most of these rights directly within the App.

7.5 CCPA Rights (California Residents)

California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

8. ADVERTISING ID AND CONSENT

8.1 Google Advertising ID

AdMob uses the Google Advertising ID (GAID) on your device to serve and measure advertisements. This is a resettable, anonymous identifier. You can reset your Advertising ID at any time in Android Settings.

8.2 Consent

By downloading and using Trackive, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. For users in the EU/EEA, we rely on legitimate interests (providing a free app supported by advertising) as our lawful basis for processing the Advertising ID through AdMob. You may withdraw consent to personalised advertising as described in Section 5.1.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
