By using Tracker Detector ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The app helps you find nearby Bluetooth devices and detect Bluetooth trackers that may be moving with you. Please note its limits:
It can only detect Bluetooth trackers. GPS trackers that report their location over a mobile network cannot be detected.
A tracker must be broadcasting to be found. Some trackers change their address, so a known device may appear as new.
Background checks run about every 15 minutes, not continuously.
Distances shown by the radar are estimates based on signal strength.
Playing a sound works only on supported trackers that are separated from their owner.
No app can guarantee to find every tracker. The app is a helpful tool, not a guarantee of safety.
If you believe you are being followed or are in danger, contact local authorities immediately. Disabling a tracker may notify its owner. The app is not a substitute for help from police or support services.
You agree to use the app lawfully and only to protect yourself or to find your own belongings. You must not use the app to track, follow, harass or monitor other people, or to interfere with other people's property without a lawful reason.
Pro is a one-time in-app purchase made through Google Play. It removes ads and unlocks Precision radar mode. Payments and refunds are handled by Google Play under its terms and refund policy. Background protection and playing a sound on trackers are free and are not part of Pro.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will detect every tracker, work without interruption, or be free of errors.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app, including any tracker that was not detected. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.
We may update these Terms. The new version will be published on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
