Serving as a Certified Scrum Master leveraging Scrum Framework and Agile Practices while fulfilling a servant leadership role has been my career passion. A cross functional team is crucial to succeed and I help bring focus to achieve the ultimate goal.
As an advisory level, technical business analyst, building design specifications and functional requirements while working as an advocate for the end-user of the software products the teams creates. Focusing on the user experience and how they interact within the framework and the user interface. My years of experience has been dedicated to financial applications of a Fortune 500 company. Serving as Scrum Master to multi-team projects creating framework for product suites, mobile-apps, and user interface controls. As well as, leading multi-team environments like 'Scrum of Scrums' for corporate initiatives.
Many of the software applications and products that I've helped bring to market have matured and continue to succeed. My ideal role is envisioning ways to bring Scrum methodologies to product teams to develop customer-centric enterprise solutions.
