Purpose: Provide administrators with effective digital tools and workflow processes to allow them to focus on instructional leadership. Teach administrators how to use technology to streamline their processes, and to make the most of the NCEES and other observational tools.

Eleot Walkthrough Training

Audience: School Administrator Teams, Instructional Leadership Teams

Purpose: Provide training for school administrators, instructional coaches, and other school leaders to implement the district's new universal walkthrough instrument. Provide a scaled roll-out schedule with opportunities to calibrate ratings.

Giving Effective Feedback

Audience: School Administrator Teams

Purpose: Support new administrators in their ability to provide specific, actionable, and instructionally sound feedback to teachers as part of their walkthroughs. Participants analyzed actual feedback comments from various walkthroughs and rewrote them to be stronger feedback to teachers for instructional growth.
