El tiempo es oro

Tras el sorteo de las parejas:

-Se dispondrá de 1 semana (2 sesiones en el aula de informática) para buscar y estudiar ejemplos, definir las ideas y hacer las primeras evaluaciones. También se planificará el reparto del trabajo entre los componentes del equipo. Al término de esta primera semana cada pareja habrá de informar al profesor del estilo de portaminas elegido.

-Se dispondrá de tres semanas (6 sesiones en el aula de informática) para desarrollar el diseño técnico, su acotación y su construcción 3D.

-Habrá una semana (2 sesiones en el aula de informática) para elaborar un cartel de presentación, en formato PDF, usando textos en inglés. Al final de la semana se enviarán por correo electrónico los dos documentos (DWG y PDF) al profesor.

-Una sesión final en el aula de informática se destinará a la exposición de los diseños y se realizará una votación para valorar los trabajos realizados.

*Las faltas de asistencia de un componente son consideradas “contingencias” y no supondrán la ampliación del tiempo de entrega del diseño. El profesor valorará la resolución de la “contingencia” por parte del equipo pudiendo generar un resultado favorable en la nota. En el caso de tratarse de faltas injustificadas éstas se tendrán en consideración y penalizarán al causante.

*El profesor atenderá dudas y consultas en la clase de informática y por whatsapp si bien, el trabajo sirve para que el alumnado emplee los conocimientos vistos en clase.

After the draw of the couples:

-We will have 1 week (2 sessions in the computer room) to do our background research, define ideas and make the first evaluations. The distribution of the work among the team members will also be planned. At the end of this first week each team will have to inform the teacher about the chosen mechanical pencil style.

-We will have 3 weeks (6 sessions in the computer room) to develop the technical design, 2D dimensioning and 3D construction.

-There will be a week (2 sessions in the computer room) to prepare a presentation poster, in PDF format, using texts in English. At the end of the week the two documents (DWG and PDF) will be sent by email to the teacher .

-A final session in the computer room will be used for the exhibition of the designs and a vote will be taken to assess the work done.

* The lack of attendance of a member is considered "a contingency" and will not mean the extension of the delivery time. The teacher will assess the resolution of the "contingency" by the team and can generate a favorable result in the mark. In the case of dealing with unjustified absences, these will be taken into consideration and the student will be penalized.

* The teacher will answer questions and queries in the computer class and through whatsapp. Bear in mind that this work is used for students to use the knowledge seen in class.
