The name of this organization shall be Turning Point USA at Pennridge, abbreviated TPUSAxPennridge or TPUSAxPHS.
Turning Point USA at Pennridge's mission statement is to enlighten Pennridge students to conservative values, such as the American beliefs of limited government, free market capitalism, fiscal responsibility, and national sovereignty. We exist to empower students to believe in themselves and their own abilities to create their own success, not to look to government to make their lives better and solve their problems. We exist to warn students of the dangers of socialism, Marxism, and (more broadly speaking) collectivism, because we realize when government gets bigger, the individual and our freedoms become smaller. When government takes on more responsibility, it often disappointing us by creating more problems. We exist here on Pennridge to organize, empower, and enlighten students to believe in conservative principles like this and more, and we wish to do it in a peaceful and productive way.
