All participants will receive their official invoice during their onsite registration at the Conference Registration Desk. In case you need an invoice for your university or institution please send us by email all the necessary information.
Payment can be made by VISA or MASTERCARD/MAESTRO card or by bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the policy of this conference is that the full conference fee will be reimbursed provided a notification is sent by email to the organisers until 3 weeks before the conference start date.

Bursaries and support to participating graduate students:
ESREA offers three bursaries, in order to support participation of graduate and doctoral students. In order to be eligible for a bursary, the applicant needs to
- be a graduate student – doing a Doctoral or Master’s Degree,
- be an individual member of ESREA or a student from a member institution; and
- have a proposal accepted, and presented during the conference.
Application should contain information about the academic position of the applicant, a letter of support from the supervisor and the reasons for applying (e.g., lack of funding from his/her institution).
The bursary of maximum 300 Euros can only be used to cover travel expenditures and/or accommodation. Details about bursaries will be provided on the conference website.
Individuals who hold a position at a university, including Ph.D. or other doctoral students who are employed full-time by their university, are expected to pay the regular fee. Those who register as a Doctoral student need to be able to show proof of their status.
Applications should be submitted no later than January 13th 2020. Applications or questions regarding the application procedure should be directed to tpleconference2020@gmail.com, where your application will be considered in liaison with the network conveners. The final decision about your application will be communicated to you via the Secretary of the European Society for Research on the Education of Adults (ESREA).
Optional events (separate registration!):
The social dinner (Saturday 28th June) (35€) is not included in the conference fee and must be booked separately by sending an email to Dr Effie Kostara at tpleconference2020@gmail.com.
Payment is by VISA or MASTERCARD/MAESTRO card or by bank transfer. Please be mindful that for organisational reasons we cannot accept bookings after 26th June.
Accompanying persons participating to the social dinner should also reserve them in advance by sending an email to tpleconference2020@gmail.com. Please be aware that in absence of such notification the organising committee is not able to guarantee that there are still places available.
