DOORS
Front Doors must comply with the mandated color scheme for each building. This includes doors found both on the main level and front balconies.
Front Balcony Doors should be fitted with 10 panes or “lites," or have the look of 10 panes by the use of muttons.
Storm & screen door(s) must be a solid, full pane of glass/screen. Trim must match the front door, or painted semigloss white and match the trim.
Maintenance of Personal Property: As owners of Fee Simple townhouses the integrity and beauty of every unit is the responsibility of each owner. This includes all structural and decorative elements for each unit. Roof, framing, siding, porches, chimneys, doors and windows, as well as all insurances and termite bonds are the responsibility of the individual homeowner. Notices of compliance for needed repairs will be made by the Board of Directors on a regular basis. See the Annual Building Inspections link on the left.
