The pool facilities are for the use of residents and guests only.
The pool is open from 6:00am to 11:00pm. But please be mindful of your noise level in the early morning and late evening hours.
Swim at your own risk-no lifeguard on duty.
Guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times while using the pool. The resident must be at least 18 years of age.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by a TSM resident 18 years or older at all times when using the pool or pool area.
Persons using portable radios in the pool area are asked to maintain sound at a level that cannot be heard beyond their immediate area.
Persons using rubber rafts or other floatation devices are requested to use discretion and not interfere when others wish to swim.
Infants or young children must wear rubberized pants when in the pool.
No pets allowed in the pool area (prohibited by the Maricopa County Health Regulations).
No glassware of any kind is allowed in the pool area.
No running, throwing, horseplay, jumping, diving, or obscene language in pool area.
No wheels of any kind (skateboards, bicycles, scooters, etc.) are permitted in the pool area.
No oils or non-water-soluble suntan lotions are allowed.
For the safety of small children, and to comply with Maricopa Health Department regulations regarding pets in pool areas, all users of the pool are requested to make certain that the gates are closed to the locked position.
Residents/guests are prohibited from climbing on the fence, Ramada, etc.
Anyone damaging the pool facility and/or pool furniture will be responsible for repairing or replacing the damaged items. Please do not remove these items from the pool area.
Homeowners are responsible for their guests.
Food is allowed at the ramada only. No BBQs or open flames are allowed in the pool area.
Residents must clean up after themselves to include placing their trash in the proper receptacles and leaving the pool area in an orderly condition.
No smoking or vaping is allowed in the pool area.
Residents must notify the Board of Directors (via the property manager) of pool parties of more than 8. Not more than one group at a time. No homeowners or tenants will have to leave the pool area during a party.
