Home and family are the center of Toward the Dawn worship, prayer and faith. Worship happens at Toward the Dawn in online community, yet the focus is how people experience God's grace and love in their homes and families. God's Word has left the church building and now resides where a person lives. The Word becomes part a person's home and life with others. The home and the world becomes the sanctuary.

Every Sunday at 10:00 am CST Toward the Dawn hosts an online participatory worship using the Zoom Platform. Toward the Dawn offers the sacrament of the Lord's Supper at every worship. The online community reads scripture, prays for the needs of each other and the world. The people sing. The people listen to the proclamation of the Gospel. The people confess the ancient faith of the people of God. The people celebrate the great milestones of life. The people grieve together their losses and celebrate their joys. All of this happens where ever the person is. This place can be the home, in the car, or in nature. Worship happens wherever the internet is and a person has a smart phone, tablet, laptop or desktop PC.

The gathering will then "cheerfully ignore" the bomber and continue with the worship or meeting as if nothing has happened. Only the host can share screen and no files are allowed to be transferred between attendees. No one is allowed to edit a screen. No private chats are allowed.
