Delete Your TOVO SKN Account

If you would like to delete your TOVO SKN account and associated personal data, please send an email to tovoskn@gmail.com with the subject line Delete My Account.

We will delete the following data:

• Your account profile (name, email, route selection)

• Location history and live bus data associated with your account

We may retain limited data (such as transaction or abuse reports) for up to 30 days to comply with legal or safety obligations. After this period, all personal data will be permanently removed.”
