I take complex projects and concepts and break them into digestible and delectable morsels for my learners. Through a multi-sensory approach, I create relevant, replicable, and actionable instructions to keep participants motivated and engaged from beginning through completion of a project.
Creating lessons, crafting plans, and manifesting problem-solving solutions are exciting and rewarding. Whether working independently or as part of a team, I rely on tried and true instructional design methods and principles to devise innovative solutions and develop novel roadmaps
