Our Lifespan.
Some journeys begin with a diagnosis no parent is prepared to hear. Others begin with a phone call that changes everything — a veteran home from war, an elder who can no longer live alone, a family suddenly navigating grief without a map. Wherever your journey begins, Touchstone is there.
We built Touchstone around a simple conviction: every individual deserves exceptional support at every stage of life, and every family deserves a partner who stays. We serve children with intellectual and developmental disabilities and the parents who love them — helping families not only find care today, but plan for the decades ahead, including the years when they can no longer be there themselves. We serve elders transitioning into assisted living, veterans rebuilding after service, and individuals with disabilities living fully in their communities.
When the hardest moments come — and they always do — we offer counseling, grief support, and human presence. When we cannot serve a need directly, we connect families to the best resources available, because the right answer matters more than our role in it.
From early diagnosis to final goodbye, and every season in between — Touchstone walks with you.
One family. One continuum. One commitment.
