When I used a touchline instruction it will it goes into pending mode, sometimes it changes to active within a few minutes (game time) however sometimes it can take 20 mins plus or never happen. Is there a reason for this or any way to get it to speed up?

I also want to know this. I understand tactics not changing until ball goes out of play, but what is the point of touchline shouts if they don't happen straight away. If I shout something to the players I expect them to take notice as soon as possible and act on it.

You can test the library stand-alone now if you install the package from pypi (install python 3, thereafter pip install touchline), and run the example.py with your own ip address. That would be the best way to verify that it is working with another Touchline system.

It was left to Weepu to accumulate the points starting with a 38-metre penalty in the 13th minute and doubling the score soon after when Argentina conceded a scrum penalty as their main weapon began to misfire early.

Argentina's long-range marksman Marcelo Bosch narrowed the gap to 12-10 with a successful penalty from halfway and near the left touchline soon after the restart before the All Blacks regained momentum.

To improve on similar situations in future games, option B: 'Discuss hand signals before the game' would be highly beneficial. This approach ensures that the referee and Assistant Referees (ARs) have a common understanding of the procedure to follow when indicating direction after a ball has gone over the touchline.

SEGA's bringing its Japanese PS2 football management game with the brilliant name - Let's Make a Soccer Team! - to Europe. No word on when yet, but there are screenshots and of course some factimajigs for budding touchline masticators to grind their brain-jaws over.

Where Chiswick dominated was in their mauling, and with parity in the scrums and lineouts, together with competent defending, that was just enough. Their tackling looked gentile, compared with that of Welwyn, however, and could perhaps have been lower and stronger. Within a minute what appeared to be verging on a spear tackle by a Welwyn centre went unpunished. The debutant Chiswick full-back Rob Barton was soon called to deal with bouncing balls, the first successfully, the second less so as the ball refused to co-operate: the cover defence was excellent, however, and Welwyn could not quite cash in.

Welwyn reduced the arrears with a simple penalty kick a couple of minutes into the second half, and soon Tom Steer had to prove his mettle in defence with a good clearance kick as the pressure increased. Welwyn now missed another simple penalty kick. A relieved Chiswick responded and Barton suddenly erupted down the pitch after Leslie-Miller had made a good break from a scrum. His long kick was recovered, just, by the Welwyn defence, but illegally. The referee played advantage, and James Bunbury appeared to have scored following a clever grubber kick by Chris Hitchcock. The ball had crossed the dead ball line, unfortunately, and Cox then missed the penalty kick.

With the June appointment of Oliver Luck as the new Mountaineer director of athletics, chances are good that Steinbrecher and LeBlanc will be able to catch up in Morgantown soon. Connected through their work with and around the MLS, Luck and Steinbrecher developed a friendly relationship over the years, one that could bring the latter back to the Mountain State. 17dc91bb1f
