These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Tottle app ("the app"),
provided by Meadowlight Studios (Sydney, Australia) ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Tottle is designed for young children and is intended to be used with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on the child's behalf.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its content except as permitted by law.
In-app purchases
Tottle is free to download and offers optional paid expansion packs. All purchases are processed by Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. Purchases unlock additional content for the device/account that bought them and are non-transferable. Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policy. Purchases are placed behind a parent check to help prevent accidental buying by children.
Acceptable use
Use the app only for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorised access to the app or any related systems.
Content & intellectual property
The app, including its artwork, audio, characters, and code, is owned by us or
our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind,
to the fullest extent permitted by law. Tottle is an educational and entertainment product and does not guarantee any particular learning outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.Â
