How do I get started?
On first launch, a short onboarding helps you create your first intention - a title, a present-tense script, one affirmation line, and at least one action. Then tap a time slot on the TODAY tab to log your 369 reps.
How does the 369 method work?
Each day has three windows: 3 reps in the morning, 6 in the afternoon, 9 at night. Tap a slot to log them. The day completes when all three windows are met.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Settings, then About, then Restore Purchases. Your access is tied to your Apple ID.
How do I manage or cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the App Store app, tap your profile, then Subscriptions - or go to the Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
Where is my data, and how do I export or delete it?
Everything stays on your device. Export a full backup or erase everything from Settings, then Data. Deleting the app removes all local data.
How do AI features handle my writing?
Text you submit for an AI feature is processed only to generate your result and is not stored or linked to you. See our Privacy page for details.
