TOTEM - Privacy Policy

TOTEM is built to keep your practice private. There is no account, no cloud, no ads, and no tracking. Your intentions live on your device, not on our servers.
What we collect
Nothing. TOTEM has no user accounts and no analytics or advertising SDKs. We do not collect, sell, or share personal information. We cannot see your manifestations, reps, evidence, or photos.
Where your data lives
Everything you create - intents, scripts, affirmations, reps, aligned actions, evidence, vision-board images, gratitude, and settings - is stored only in a private database on your device. It is never uploaded to us.
AI features
When you choose to use an AI feature, the text you submit is sent over an encrypted connection to our processing proxy, which forwards it to our AI provider to generate your result. It is processed only to produce the response and is not stored by us or linked to any identity. If you never use AI features, nothing ever leaves your device. Avoid including anything you would not want processed this way.
Photos
Photos you attach are stored in the app's private storage on your device. They are shared or exported only when you explicitly choose to.
Export and delete
You can export a complete copy of your data at any time from Settings. You can erase all data at any time from Settings, and deleting the app removes all of its local data.
Purchases
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details. Apple's privacy policy governs any payment information you provide to the App Store.
Children
TOTEM is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
