TS6, and TS:R downloads are now available
Please note that any previous material added to this website, such as the content below what you're reading right now, will NOT be updated. This website serves as a timeline, blog, and something my cousin and I can look back on. Some things may not make it onto this site. Some things unrelated to the game series may slip through and make their way onto this website.
I will not create versions of these projects for Mac OS. However, you will still be able to access them by downloading the SB3 files and using them in Scratch or TurboWarp. Pick your poison!
All SB3 files and models are created by Jotaro_Kujo2009, Doug_Interactive, and TidalAttorney.

From the creator when I asked him for a backstory
"backstory? It started when my dumbass of a cousin asked me to make a bullet hell game with him about a turtle dodging the harsh language of a British man with particularly jacked teeth. it started off as a joke, then it got way out of hand, spawning two sequels and a reboot coming soon. We introduced other characters and villains too. "
Picture of one of the main villians, Davis Brown.
"Backstory", continued.
"I was also making a 3rd sequel inspired by an old game called 'Tempest 2000', but the idea got scrapped and I will be making another game soon in the same universe. Not even my cousin knows what it is (me, the jackass making this page), so stay tuned."
"Well, Tommy turla was (and is) the main character. He's the turtle who stole the tea from Bruhdy Wickersham ( the main antagonist ) and he stole the credit card from Davis Brown ( Bruhdy's right hand man )
He is constantly on the run from these two.
Tommy narrowly escapes Bruhdy Wickersham after the events of the second game but cannot catch a break. Davis brown shows up and tries to kill him."
The First Game (Alpha Version)
"I sent my cousin, Travis, a copy of the beta to check out. But before I could finish the game, he pulled a GT-interactive on my ass! he released the beta! I told him to take it down and he said 'No.' So I was like 'Screw that'. I finished the game and had him release that one as well. So both the beta and the full game are playable. I think the series peaked at 3."
(All 3 games plus the beta are available to play on this site.)
The unfinished version I released.
The (real) First Game
The first game is what should've been released instead of the beta, but my impatient ass decided fuck that and got a beta version out. I do not remember why I did that. Actually- just that, impatience. I got sick of waiting to release the game. The first game was actually really well put together. Very simple though. I remember the background used to be just an empty ocean. The controls were horrible too. It used to be A and D to move, or it could've been the arrow keys, I forgot. The various objects falling from the sky got explained away as Bruhdy dropping them just off-screen. We were going to make a spin-off game where he does just that, and tries to kill the turtle. Only you play as Bruhdy. I don't know what Andy (my cousin) is gonna do with that idea, but I'm sure he remembers it.
Me asking Andy about the game I don't know of

Tortelini Simulator 2: Bruhdy's Return
I enjoyed making the second game a lot even though it was basically just the first game with more objects falling. The part I really liked was seeing the music I make be put into the game. I think about fifteen to twenty minutes of music are in the second game, can't remember. I do remember the song names though. The first song that always plays was called Rapier, from the third album of music I released. The second one that plays is a remastered version of this song. The third song that plays is The Lights, and the last song is Black Light. Fun fact about the song, I named it that just to bother Andy, because he likes Devil May Cry a lot. If you know, you know. The game also features a viewer that shows what song is playing. I just wanted to add that for fun. Oh- I forgot to mention, the game also adds some more death noises too, like keemstar screaming, the Metal Gear Solid death noise, uhh... that's all I can remember. Now for Andy to speak on this. "The second game? That one was probably my favorite. It has the most shit to dodge and the player has three lives." I reminded him that he said three was his favorite but he clarified and said that three was the peak, but two was his favorite. "The second one has the best graphics and multiple music tracks. It's a very edgy entry for how silly it is. That is thanks to Travis's soundtrack. The music of the second game is the best. It sets a great atmosphere."

Tortelini Simulator 3: Davis Attacks!
Well... like the title says, Davis... well, attacks. The game was pretty hard to code (for Andy, not me, I just helped with ideas for the game and did the music.) He apparently took pleasure in seeing me struggle with the game. This game sets you back to one life basically, because even though your character has three lives they all get taken the second an attack hits you. You have to be really quick in this game.
"3 was a full-on boss fight with Davis Brown. I tried my best to make it brutally hard. It was fun watching Travis die over and over and over again while playing the game. When you finally do manage to defeat Davis, the final cutscene breaks and I really can't be fucking bothered to fix it. I do not care. The story of it is Davis comes back to get revenge for his stolen credit card."
This game has the best track of them all (in my opinion), H20. I recently made a remaster of it sometime in January (2024).

"Tortelini Simulator 4"
4/2/2024
Andy has finally gotten closer to finishing this game. I've made some music tracks for it, but I still have little information about the game. All I have seen, is the models, and merely seconds of gameplay footage.

Tortelini Simulator 4, TS4, or Gangstus Game, released on 4/5/24.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=--CSwCeUveI
Tortelini Simulator 4, keeps you in the perspective of Tommy Turla, avoiding "the ultimate aquatic life form", Gangstus. I won't show too much here to avoid spoiling the game, but I will say that it is a complete 180 from other games in the series. Andy, the creator, probably has more to say about the game than I do. He and I are working on a remaster of the game, which I initiated. I somehow screwed up the game's scrolling code somewhere along the way, and Andy is fixing it so I can get back to work. I'll put a few pictures of the sprites in here.
Images showing Davis Brown and Gangstus.
Tommy Turla in Tortelini Simulator 4
What Andy has to say in response to my question: "It's a survival horror game I made inspired by Resident Evil 2, Leviathan, and Spectreman. It's a way darker game than the first 3 ( literally and tonally ), due to its themes of body horror and all hope being lost. In this game, Tommy Turla is put against his deadliest foe yet, Aquatic Gangstus. Tommy Turla's only hope is to survive and avoid the nightmare creature until it dies. The creature can only survive 8 minutes off of life support, due to being premature." He refused to speak further on the topic. Sorta. I guess if "I've got nothing else to say" is refusal, then yeah.
(Update, 6/25/24)
Tortelini Simulator 4 is about Tommy evading the capture of what is known as Aquatic Gangstus. This creature can only last 8 minutes off of life support. In this game, you evade its capture. Audio cues play a large role in this game, as there is a noise to indicate when the creature begins its search for you, when it spawns, and when it dissapears.

Tortelini Simulator 5
It's been quite the eventful break I've had. I graduated, and am currently on summer break. Tortelini Simulator 5 has been put in motion. The game, so far, will take place in a nightmare that Tommy is having. I can't code for shit, to be honest, but Andy and I are trying to make it similar to Tortelini Simulator 3. He suggested I deconstruct the code for TS3 and make some attacks, so I'm trying that.
Originally, Tortelini Simulator 5 was going to be set in Antarctica, as a result of Tommy fleeing the Pacific to escape other Aquatic Gangstus variants. There was going to be a quadruped tundra variant of Gangstus. This game was cut. I made lots of ambiance for that game that may be repurposed, or used if this game becomes something.
OLD TS5 WILL BE REFERRED TO AS "TS-5"
(Pronounced TS negative five)

TS5 FINAL
-------------------------
The current time is 11:02 AM. I am releasing Tortelini Simulator 5: Tommy's Nightmare onto Scratch right now.
-------------------------
Tortelini Simulator 5 is about Tommy fighting Bruhdy Wickersham himself in a dream. The things Bruhdy says in the game are meant to reflect how Tommy feels about him. Bruhdy says things like, "Even in sleep, you cannot escape the damage I have done to you."
Bruhdy is often seen as a goofier character compared to Davis Brown, owner of Parasol. In reality, Bruhdy is anything but goofy. He killed Tommy's family, and this is mentioned in the game.
From Andy himself: "This game was pretty much a clone of TS3 but instead of the boss being Dave, the boss is Bruhdy Wickersham inside of Tommy Turla's nightmare. Bruhdy Wickersham's design in this one is actually a reused design from an older and unused character, a sort of prototype Gangstus."
-------------------------
11:06 AM
The project is uploading still.
-------------------------
This game is meant to be run using Turbowarp. It runs at 30 FPS, but can support 60 FPS. Though it is buggy, it still works. Fencing is not supported. If the game cannot be released to the Scratch website due to incompatibility, the SB3 will be released on the downloads page. It most likely will not be supported by Scratch due to the abundance of Turbowarp-exclusive features used within the project.
-------------------------
1:36 PM
The project cannot load to Scratch, so a download will be provided.
-------------------------
Welp, that's a shame. Anyway, I've put the SB3 file up for grabs on the downloads page, but the TS5 page itself. (Can be found on the sidebar.)
I guess that's a wrap for now until it's time to make another game.
Tortelini Simulator 6
7/3/24
I wasn't expecting to be putting anything here so soon, but here I am. It's been five days since I last updated this site and finished TS5. Already, Andy and I have been working on a new TS game.
We plan on making it a first person shooter. Quick note, we have established that all of the games line up. The first two games are Bruhdy Wickersham throwing things at Tommy from a boat just out of view. The events of Tortelini Simulator 3 take place because Bruhdy runs out of shit to throw at Tommy. This causes him to have to run to the hardware store to buy more shit to throw at him, and Dave has to take over the fight. Tommy beats Dave's ass, and then swims 1.8 miles down to escape the two. In the time in between TS3 and TS4, Tommy is swimming down. This gives Davis enough time to make the aquatic creature known as Gangstus Type B, or Aquatic Gangstus. Tommy successfully avoids this creature, and escapes back to Bournemouth Beach, aka Tortuga Depot. He finally gets to sleep, and has a dream. This dream is shown in Tortelini Simulator 5.
6:45 PM, same day
After having met up with Andy, we have made progress on the game. Davis now fires balls of light at Tommy like in the third game. Tommy can shoot them out of the air. There will be multiple attack phases. The backdrop, beach, and water has all been updated. Dave has been given 15 or so lines.
7/4/24
Fourth of July, hooray! I'm not doing a thing to celebrate unfortunately. I typically don't give looks into what's going on behind the games, but a family member went in for surgery the other day. He is currently recovering. I think all I'm gonna be doing today is sitting inside and working on this project. Andy has made lots of upgrades to the project. For some reason, my computer has been going and fucking itself whenever I try to download things off Chrome. Whenever it opens the download folder where I have my computer set to save things, it shits itself and freezes. This means working on the project will be ungodly annoying, as it's happening right now. I was trying to record a video using the built in Turbowarp recorder and it's now frozen.
I think the downloading issue is fixed now, I've got no idea what fixed it, but all I did was restart my laptop about 4 times, then signed into my other Windows profile.
I am now going to attempt to give Davis a health pool. (9:55 AM)
Anyway, besides my complaining, here is some footage from the game. The footage may look a little scuffed and empty. That's because it is scuffed and empty. For some reason, Turbowarp removes shown variables
(10:11 AM) Suprisingly, I didn't fuck it up, and his health variable actually works. It's not visible in this gif. I have given Davis 500 health. Due to how the project is coded, each shot takes about 7 or 10 health away from Davis whenever the shot lands. I'm not sure why this happens, but giving Dave more health has served as a good solution. This may change later. Andy probably has a better solution to my shit coding.
5:33 PM
I've decided that I'm going to put every TS game up on Internet Archive. All of these games are public domain, so why not, right? These can be downloaded here.
7/7/24
11:38 PM
Tortelini Simulator 6 is done and prepared to be released. Andy will soon helplessly watch as I upload a shitty beta version to the internet archive because I feel like it.
11:42 PM
I am currently uploading TS6 to scratch as Andy is reading through the website.
11:50 PM
I fucked it up and didn't remove the suicide option. Wait- did I even mention the suicide option here?
In case I didn't, here's what Andy says: "As you know, Davis told Tommy to kill himself in the game. I thought it would be funny if you could do that, so I made it a thing." (He thinks suicide is funny. What a fucking goober!) Anyway, I don't quite feel like having my account beamed off the face of Scratch, so I need to remove the "kill yourself" line, and the suicide option. Don't worry though, these features will be included in the Windows and TurboWarp exclusive versions.
12:12 AM
I have removed all references to Tommy killing himself from the scratch release. I am uploading TS6 to Scratch now, under the name Tortelini Simulator 6: Dave's Revenge.
12:25 AM
Scratch is being an ass and a half! What the fuck is this bullshit? I guess I have too many projects or something. I dunno. I'm having Andy upload it. Even if it doesn't work, the censored version will still be uploaded and playable. Just use TurboWarp. I think it works on Linux if you're into that kinda shit, and it works on Mac as well. If you're so unfortunate as to be using Mac. Anyway, I'm gonna work on putting the game up for grabs now.
12:50 AM
I have finished packaging the following projects:
- TS6 Beta
- TS6 Final (Full Version)
TS6 (Scratch Edition w/ censoring)
I'm going to upload the SB3 files and Windows edition files under the same archive link. It'll make more sense once you see it on the downloads page.
12:58 AM
TS6 Scratch Release is now uploaded to Internet Archive.
12:50 AM
TS6 Full Version is now uploaded to Internet Archive
1:04 AM
TS6 Beta Version is now uploaded to Internet Archive
Well, that settles it! It's all finished. I've been trying to rush typing all this shit up so I can get on to the next thing to put down here.
Tortelini Simulator 1: Reboot
7/8/24
1:07 AM
Here it is! The project absolutely nobody asked for; Tortelini Simulator 1: Reboot. Andy says this project is going to be more of a stealth-based game. He has already shown me a couple of screenshots from the project, which I will provide.
Andy mentioned something about the word "tosser" being featured in this game. He says if the eye beam if on Tommy and Bruhdy says "tosser", then Tommy instantly dies. I don't know much else about this project because he started making at about 12:30 AM, 7/7/24.
I was just about to go to bed and stop working on the site for the night and let Andy continue his work when he just HAD to show me this shit. "Wait, before you go to bed, let me show you a work in progress version of the turtle sprite". It's safe to say I won't be getting any fucking sleep at all.
7/8/24
6:49 PM
Andy did a shit ton of work on the project while I was asleep I'm assuming, because the game is almost done.
Here's what the project is looking like so far. In the current version, if Bruhdy spots you, he calls you a tosser and that's the end of it. Andy came up with a better idea that I agree with and feel would be better for the theme. Bruhdy will throw a harpoon at Tommy when spotting him instead of calling him a tosser. Currently, the boat does not move in the project, and it is simply a backdrop.
6:53 PM
I take it back, Andy just made the boat move and it's awesome. He is now making the harpoon I think. We've decided to make a menu screen. He says we can benefit from it and I agree. We will be doing a Dead Space styled menu, if that makes sense, with imagery of the game. It shows you what you're getting yourself into before you begin the game.
I don't know if this is intentional or not but I just realized that Tommy turns to fuckin' dust the same way he does in the first two or three games. This could have been a reference to those, or it could just be easier than making a death sprite for Tommy. Either way, it's cool, and I like how it looks.
11:01 PM
Tommy gets speared to death now instead of getting called a tosser. These games have been slowly and slowly getting darker and deeper ever since TS4. After TS4, the game about a horrific creature being released at the bottom of the ocean to find Tommy, TS5 was made. TS5 was about Tommy having nightmares about fighting Bruhdy Wickersham, and the things that he's been doing have been having an effect on his mind. It's insane to think all this shit stemmed from a stupid turtle game where you dodge the word "tosser".
12:31 AM
I haven't been giving many updates to the site due to the work I've been doing for this project. I have given it controller support, and a video will be provided to show it. Andy has gone to bed, and I have done all this on my own which I am extremely proud of.
You'll have to excuse the shit quality of this video. I put OBS in low quality mode for some reason and I'm too lazy to go back and record a new video. I have used a plugin that recognizes when gamepads are connected. When it detects a gamepad is detected, it changes the costume of the already existing buttons that have been made. Like the start button getting an A button added when a controller is plugged in. This plugin, and more, can be found here:
https://extensions.turbowarp.org/gamepad.js - Gamepad Extension
Full Extension Libary - https://extensions.turbowarp.org/
I think I'm done for the night now. Andy mentioned he wanted to fix some stuff that he didn't trust me with in the morning. I'll give updates when they're available.
Travis, out.
12:42 AM, 7/9/2024
12:03 PM
7/9/24
I uploaded a new video demonstrating how the GUI changes upon detecting that a controller has been supported. It's like the last one, only it doesn't look like it was recorded on a Nokia.
1:35 PM
I don't think dualshock controllers are supported on this game. I suppose I can try to test that theory.
2:04 PM
That shit don't work.
3:34 PM
I've got a lot of work to do. I'm going to make TS6 and TSR into HTML pages so a friend of Andy and I can play them tonight. They're gonna be playing TS5, TS6, and TSR, so I guess I gotta bug check TS5, and then code TS6 and TSR.
4:32 PM
All the coding bullshit has been completed and I'm going to make these all public for download. SB3 versions are for anyone who wants to just fuck around with the game, which is fine. The Windows editions have all of the sprites, backdrops, and audio in them for anyone who wants them. All I ask is that if you decide to use any of these files, please, credit us. We don't make money off this project, and the music I make for these games costs me money. I don't plan on making money off these projects, but credit would be nice.
I was talking to Andy last night on a Discord call about giving him his page on this site to do whatever he pleases, and I've just done that, as of 4:46 PM. God knows what unholy shit will go on over there. I'm not going to edit that page at all. It's all his.
Tortelini Simulator 7: Containment Breach
7/10/24
Yup. Already another game. At the end of Tortelini Simulator 6, Tommy is shot and captured by Davis. Andy and I have established that he was brought to a lab for testing and containment shortly after the events of TS6. The story for this game so far, is that Tommy regains consciousness and breaks out of the test chamber. He finds a hammer and gets to work, killing the lab workers as he makes his escape. He eventually will find a pool of water which ends up being the ocean, and he swims out. Though, a while back, Andy and I made up a bit where Dave releases more Aquatic Gangsti into the ocean to kill Tommy. So, this will be the plot of the next game, Tortelini Simulator 8.
TS:R - PlayStation
8/2/24
It's been a while. Not much has happened, but I have just now finished a PS visual-styled version of TS:R. It's got that shitty pixelated warping blurred bullshittery effect stuff. Not much to say about it. It still supports keyboard controls. I was considering making it comaptible with DualShock controllers just because why not, but I don't have a good one. I've got a shitty PS3 one, and a PS2 controller which just doesn't work with computers. I would need an adapter.
8/22/24
Important Update / Clarification
As of now, not much work is being done on any projects in relation to the Tortelini franchise, aside from some projects Andy is working on that he has decided to keep a secret. I'm fine with that. Everyone likes a good surprise. TS:R has been pretty much finished. I am not sure when TS7 will happen. School started three weeks ago on a Wednesday I think. I haven't had much time to work on these projects, and Andy will be starting school soon too. I think on the 27th. Anyway, all projects will no longer be uploaded to Scratch. They will be uploaded on the downloads page.
9/12/24
TS:R MOBILE, and TS3 MOBILE
