Monthly Meetings
Our typical meetings go from ⏲️ 10.00 am until approximately 12.00 midday.
We have a projector and screen 🖵 for slide show presentations. As well as microphones 🎤and a sound system to amplify the audio to the back of the hall. 🔉
A meeting usually includes:
🗣️One or two speakers with a tea break in the middle when☕ free coffee, tea and tap water are available. With a table of tempting snacks 🍪 to recharge your energy. While you have an opportunity to meet new and existing friends for a chat.👥
🪙 Bring some gold coins if you want a chance to win a modest door prize in our raffle that’s near the hall entrance when you arrive. 🎁
Note - Prospective members may attend only two meetings unless otherwise approved by the President. Then we like you make a decision to join us so we can remain financially viable. The Membership Coordinator is usually the first person you’ll meet when entering the hall at the greeting table.
Whether you’re interested in attending a meeting, joining an activity, or just curious about what we do, we’d love to meet you.
