Can I bring the car to you?
Due to being a mobile detailing unit, we do not have a physical shop... yet. However, we do have a home location where we would happily service your vehicle. We are located near Morse Road. and Karl Road.
Do I have to be there when you arrive?
Absolutely not! That's the beauty of a mobile detailing unit, we bring the services to you and will service your vehicle at the comfort of your own home, apartment or office! However, some services require us to access the inside of your vehicle and will need to be provided with the car's keys.
What if I don't have a garage?
No problem! We will service it at our home location. We have a specialized air-controlled car canopy to service your vehicle.
Same day service or appointment?
All of our details are required to be booked either online, email or by calling us. Depending on our schedule and whether or not we are booked for the day, we may schedule your appointment the same day if you are okay with it.
Do I supply you with water and power?
No, we are fully equipped with our own water and power for your convenience. That's how we can service clients at their work/office.
What about payments?
We accept Cash, Zelle, Credit/Debit cards using our Square card reader or remote payments. If you opt for a remote payment, we will send you an invoice provided by Square via text message or email.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel a service?
No problem! Just call or email us and we will reschedule or cancel your appointment. No, we do not charge cancellation fees.
